Did I LST right?

Check out the link to my grow journal. I am nervous about the LST I did this morning. I need some people to make me feel more at ease that I did the right thing. They look so not healthy now lol. The pictures were taken just after bending the plants so they have not started reaching for the light yet.

Bump because I'm nervous my plants are bent over and crying lol.

Just give them some time, the plant will look better once the leaves start reaching for the light...looks fine as of now.
