Did I LST right? Pics Included

This metal string shit is kinda rough to work with since it easily scratches and harms my plant(just found out),ha. But otherwise does this look good? Should I bring her down more?

looks pretty good. i'd probably bend her just a tad more. you'll be surprised how quickly she pops back up when she takes off. you want to keep the "head" of the main stem as low as you can to encourage the other sites to grow upward.

i hear you on the wire string. i've used twisty ties in a pinch. wire doesn't stretch so at some point when your stems thicken up you might notice the "bark" of the stem growing right over/around the wire. cannabis can adapt to anything.
 
i would wait a bit to train. i start when it has more nodes. bend top of plant down pretty far, to signal branches below that they are leaders now.
 
Yea I wait till it's on it's 5th node and then I would bend it more than that. The theory is that if you bend the top lower than a few of the branches your plant reworks it's system and tries to create another main stem out of one or more of the branches...
