I awoke to find I had failed to turn the lights off last night (on the 12/12) about 3 weeks into flower. Have I blown 3 months work?

This is my first grow (stelth cab).

No, chill. Just resume normal service.
Have your 'timer' backed up with a 'relay' to avoid any further shits.
