This is the site. I want to buy some LED but I'm not sure about the "legitness" of the website. I would like to hear from anyone that used this site.

Also, I'm thinking about buying the:
TS 600W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum Hydroponics Indoor Lamp For Veg Flower All Stages Plants

Would this be enough for 1 plant?

Yes I believe TS600W is great but two sites are giving different wattages. UK site 100w and EU site 85w. I can't buy unless I'm 100 percent sure. Theyre both the same model but have different wattages.
 
mine are 104 watts draw from the wall, but i baught 2 for £116off of ebay. i got lucky, they both work perfectly. i cant use mine at the moment as my mum haS them for her tomato and pepper plants under them, me and my big mouth about how she can get great results by having started plants early . im useing a 250w mh at presant.
i realy wanted to use them to see how they do too
