Did a new Diy polished air for the closet

Here's an idea i got from the diy section basically I'm Gunna scrog about a foot below the fan. And question do I need to make the screen air tight? Like tape off all screen I don't use so the air goes through the carbon?

This is pretty much how much room I have. I am thinking about moving the closet shelves up quite a bit so I can have more heigth
