Diagram for contactor board?

Any one got an easy to follow diagram for a contactor power board?

Ive tried to take pics of one of mine already but my camera is no good and just giving blury pics....

Im using a consumer unit and know how to wire the sockets in im just trying to work out how to wire in the contactor and timer.
