Diagnosis and treatment? Pic included

I noticed this overspray type infestation on some lower leaves and see tiny black bugs when looking under the leaf. Also saw tiny white spots that didn't move. Any idea what I have and best way to treat? This is a vegging plant and ready to flip anyday.

Thrips..use Azamax.

Update, The Azamax did nothing for the thrips. I switched to the Monterey Insect Garden Spray and 100% success in 24 hours!

Monterey garden is the only thing I would even bother with. Consider hitting them again in a week or two the top of the soil also

Get the concentrated bottle it is soooo much cheaper. I used the jacks dead bug brew concentrated, didnt see any thrips after24hr
