At a young age i was diagnosed with Severe Depressive Disorder, Borderline Bipolar, and Severe Anxiety.
At a young age, about 10years old i found myself very sad, angry, and i would have constant thoughts about death. I never knew why i was like this, and even when i tried to escape these thoughts i was never able too.
Also, everytime i would be around a group of mre than 4 or 5 people i would be come very nervous, fidgety, i would loose my breath, break out in a sweat, and feel like i was about to pass out.
I was like this everyday. Every single day.
Oneday, a few years later i was finally taken to a doctor for these reasons i told my mom about.
I was prescribed a few medications, wich i never felt as if they worked.
Some of them made me feel nothing, some of them made me gain weight, some of them made me loose weight, some of them would make me fall asleep 15minutes after i took them.
I was on and off meds for years.

Then i found marijuana.
Ever since i have found marijuana i havnt had anyof these problems.
It(marijuana) has truthfully helped me, and i will be eternily gratefull for it.
I am a happy healthy person now.
I can get up in the morning and know that i do not have to feel like i used to.
I can go into a public place with 20,000 people in it, and feel fine.
All because of Cannabis.

I can smoke a bowl or two, and be okay for that whole day, and most of the time the next day.
As long as cannabis is in my system...i am okay.

Marijuana, Cannabis, Weed, Pot, Reefer, Herb, Ganja..ETC

:peace:This plant truley is a great gift.:peace:

Agreed. I've been on Zoloft and Xanax for depression and anxiety. I had depression, but never a suicidal thought until I started the Zoloft. The Zoloft had some other shitty side effects too.

I currently have Medical Marijuana for Depression and Anxiety , my story is just about identical to yours, I was diagnose with Dysthymia at a young age, I've taken a hole lot of medication throughout my life, I guess you could say I was a Guinea Pig.

Here is a list of some medications I've taken over the years,

Elavil
Lithium
Depakote
Remeron
Prozac
Paxil
Trazodone
Wellbutrin
BuSpar
Klonopin
Valium
Ativan

The list goes on, the above listed are ones off the top of my head.

I've actually had to take Stimulants to counteract some of the medications I was taking, medications that do make you gain weight whether you like it or not, such as Depakote, Prozac, Paxil and Wellbutrin.

I've taking Ritalin and Amphetamine for weight loss. I didn't care for them, Amphetamine and Ritalin are to much like speed.

Although some of the medications I listed did help me through my life, Non has done what Marijuana does for me now, Marijuana does the trick and no major side effects except the occasional Brain Fart or Munchies.

I was taking a handful of medications at a time, some for Depression, Anxiety, and Constipation. (some medications do constipate you)

Now I'm only taking one Seroquel at night for Insomnia and Marijuana for Depression/Anxiety! Now that's a hole lot better than all of the pills I've listed,

Think About it For A Minute!

If you had to, what would you rather take a Pill Box full of pills each day and have to remember witch ones you need to take at certain parts of the day/night, or one pill and some marijuana?

So Hell Yah! Marijuana Should Be Legal, not only for Medicinal use but for anybody who wants it, Marijuana Never Killed Anyone, Now Look At Alcohol!

This sounds like Asperger's syndrome to me. Both my brother and I are asperger's to the core...

Asperger syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

it's basically mild autism, social interactions are strained, you have odd interests and preoccupations, and are generally more clumsy.

but hey, smoke on :blsmoke:

Yeah i used to suffer from depression/anxiety attacks frequently/anger/insomnia/chronic migrains/ and a list of other ailments that weed has damn near cured for me. And having plants is stress relief on its own, who doesnt find it peaceful to come home after a long day, and just sit with your plants examining their every detail and talking to them as if they were your own flesh and blood ^_^ I use them as a shrink to tell all my problems too. And they actually listen. I swear one nodded one time when i asked it if i should smoke a bowl. They give GOOD advice =]

paxil and effexxor are no longer in my life cuz of this herb

It can also lead people to depression though, it's just knowing how much to smoke. If you're literally a pothead and all you do is sit in your house and smoke weed every hour, it's very likely you'll get depressed just from not breathing fresh air very often, from not seeing people, from memory loss (which you do lose to an extent while you're high), from daily life patterns not changing. You can't deny the drug doesn't make you tired after a good amount of hours after smoking, and many times fatigue leads to laziness.

Yes all that is possible, if you are not resposible, and not really wanting this herb to you.

When all that was happening to me, i was misreable, and everything..pretty much just fucking sucked.
Now that i found somthing that can help me, im using just when i need it(okay..maybe a little bit more than i should use..) to help me.
Like i said..i can smoke 1 or 2 bowls, and be okay for that whole day and sometimes the day after.
Theres also days i dont smoke on, and ill go work out or do somthing healthy on those days.
Now that i found somthing that makes me feel okay, i want to go out and go places and have a good time.

I been smoking the last 2 yrs and never had a problem with depression. it was only after i stopped for about 5 months that shit started happening in my life and i was on the verge of suicide, constantly fighting my own thoughts and feelings for weeks on end. then the day finally came when i could smoke again, almost instantly all thoughts of death stopped while i was high and burning out. not only that but in the following days and weeks, i started to relax and began to see things in perspecitve. For this i love weed and i think it is unconstitutinal to deny people the right to consume a plant that you can grow for next to nothing, but it can save lives.

Isn't it short term memory loss?

Btw many say marijuana makes you tired is that indica only or sativa too, because i don't like feeling all lethargic N shit.

I want to toke on something that can let me be high but at sametime get shit done you know.

I do believe marijuana has medicinal purposes one of my reasons would be
insomina weed would put me to sleep real quick.

Aswell to get rid of headaches....if it's good weed.

Alot of times smoking this street herb gives me headaches afterwards
which why i plan on growing my own shit.

Well they have already decriminalized marijuana in certain states
it's only a matter of time before legalization.

Then next the world.......

Anxiety is hard to explain...unless you have it.
Look up some of the symptoms of it, and then if you think you do, go to your doc.

Anxiety is when you worry about shit you can't control or change but you worry about it any way. And then you start doing the "what if?" What if I do this or what if she does that. It's a real bitch. Lost alot of sleep over stupid shit. Now I can't sleep without adavan, I have to take it to fall asleep. Looking forward to my first grow.
