Delayed Flowering

The story line to date....
strain: Hasberry,
Seeds used mysteriously found in the prior grow. I assume seeds are the result of Hermi (but i'm not sure). Seeds looked robust and similar to the parent seeds.
Veg growth was initally slow, even considered bailing at one point and starting again Then out of nowhere vegatative growth came on nicely. Vegged for aprox 7-8 weeks. During Veg I used Bills perfect fertilizer (not as a foilar feeder), 1-2 tbls per gal with nearly each watering. Did this for approx 4-5 weeks. Began to notice what appeared to be the early stages of flowering, with nearly all plants displaying hairs...no confirmed males.
As a precaution to plants being hermies, i sprayed with Dutch Masters reverse/penetrator, on day 1 of flowering. Plants did not appear to be negatively effected as a result of using Dutch Masters. ( I did not induce 24-36 hours of total darkness prior to going 12-12). Since that time, no new hairs are appearing, flowering looks to be delayed. We are now 11 days into flower with no sign of sex/flowering.
I believe i may have overdone a good thing with the Bills perfect fertilizer, which resulted in too much Nitrogen and defieceny in Potassium. As a remedy, I purchased FF Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom (no Bills this time) and used yesterday. I decided not to flush/leech because the plants don't visually look to bad at all. There is some (just a couple) cupping of the leaves (downwards) and drooping...but all in all fairly robust.
I am concerned by the delay in flowering, the absence of any noticable sex (since we sprayed with the Dutch Masters (as directed) even the few female hairs that were showing have kinda receeded/withered). The plants appear healthy: 24-30" tall and bushy, nicely green, branches and stalk appear strong.
Just nothing happening on the flowering front. Things are behind schedule compared to the two prior Hberry grows.
Because of the sudden unanticipated appearance of these seeds from the prior grow, not knowing for sure if the seeds are of hermie or natural lineage, and that they started out so slow...confuses things.
I may induce 36 consecutive hours of darkness to try and force flowering, but i'm concerned about doing this, this many days (11) into flower. I know that theorectically I am still within the time window for flowering (1-2 weeks) and it probably is better to wait and see if i notice any significant change from using the tiger/big bloom.
Sorry for the novel, but any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated as I am still early in my learning curve. I also just purchased a PH meter, but have not used it yet.

my timer broke and i left my light on for like 36 hrs before flowering, switched to 12 and 12 and its been since dec 5 so thats 8 days that might of delayed them but i dont think u did just give em time, at least 5 more days then try darkness

You reminded me, that i forgot to mention...i was vegging on a 24/0 light cycle. In the past I have used 18/6, but i tried 24/0 this time to see if there was a noticable difference.

well i use 18 and 6 personally i thinbk they need dark time some says who needs it but when its time to flower soemtimes theyre not rdy and it can take more time, wont affect harvest i dont think but time time time is everything i guess
