Deformed odd patchy coloured seedling

Hi everyone just looking for a but of direction... So one of my seedling from the moment it popped was showing strange shit. It popped with only 1 cotyledon, as the days went on the leaves started to become patchy yellow and green almost like jigsaw pieces. The new growth is coming thew the same with deformed growth. Other than this she seems pretty happy. There is noticeable growth by the day. PH is always between 5.5 and 6.5 but always aiming for 5.8. Ppm is 400.... currently using ionic veg, cal mag pro and liquid seaweed as micro nutes. The same as I have always done. Never have I seen this before....Also my other seedling has started to show broken green also but is not overly noticeable. Growth on this one is spot on no deformity at all. Has any1 else ever experienced this before?

Someone will surely come through this thread saying it's TMV/HMV but I highly doubt that is the case.

Variegation can be caused by at least two things, differential gene expression, a viral infection. In this instance, seeing as it likely started at germination and appears to effect the entire plant, I would lean towards differential gene expression although it's possible the seed was infected. Do you have other seeds sprouted from that pack?

Either way you go, it's probably a tosser. I would toss it it and sterilize it's bucket just in case it is viral. Not a chance worth taking to save a messed up plant.

Yeah I've already had 3 and they were all fine. Out of the 2 I have now the 2nd has started to show the patches but it's minimal with no deformed growth at all

I have toyed with the idea that's it's viral. Possibly HMV/TMV if this is the case then no doubt I'll have to pretty much start again. Equipment the lot!
