deformed leaves

i got a clone from a mate a couple of weeks ago it was growing fine then i checked it in the morning and all the new leaves were deformed and all twisted now its growing 1 leaf in places and rounded leaves and getting brown spots i water it once a day have it under a 400w hps with average temp between 70 - 80 degrees f lights on 18/6 i have no idea whats wrong with it ive searched the internet alot but nothing really it sucks.

Throw a dome over it for a couple of days if nothing happens throw it in the bin.

its started to turn around now. one sides growing fine the other sides getting better
