i am sure its the water too , will a water softener sort out all my problems? or a water filter
I've never tried. I know they have those new pourable filters that are supposed to come out reading 0.01 EC. Zero or something like that?

A water softener I wouldn't use though... you are just adding more stuff to the water. You want pure water, not to keep adding things to fight things, to bring levels up, etc...

Nope, a water softener will deposit salt (real NaCl) directly into your water to soften it. This is not good for plants, thats why i was asking. A filter is like an ro unit. It filters the water down to very low parts per million....takes out chlorine and stuff you dont want, like NaCl.

So no testing? Its not going to hurt anything for a week to know for sure, except your pocket book buying all the water. Good luck.

If you are giving them store bought water... don't forget the CalMag... :wall:

(and yes, before you ask, when growing... there is *always* something else...)

It's literally been one day.

You just watered them. Give them a day or two to soak up the new surroundings and see what happens.

Slow your roll and let the butter melt man. You are moving too fast.

This decay seemed to increase on the edges , what deficiency could it be , or is it still from the uneven ph , its been 3-4 days pure water from shop

Injured leaves don't usually recover... you need to be watching your new growth and your other leaves.
