Deficiency?

Well, it's good that the symptoms haven't begun to spread to your buds and nearby leaves. What's your growing medium? Are you adding ferts? What strains are you growing?

Sometimes calcium is locked out by a low pH. Down around 6.2 and lower some strains may show signs of this lockout.

You may wish to calibrate your pH meter and make sure it's reading right as well.

I think it's ph lockdown. What should I do?

That looks more like fungus on your leaves .... I would spray a fungicide ASAP.
Your grow become infected with septoria.

This is not a joke

If it was mine ... I would pull the plug on that plant ( s) and do a FULL cleanout .
EVERYTHING ... spores will be present. The spots look like a chancre sore in appearance and is very easy to spot.

Unfortunately you more than likely have to destroy / dispose of your plants.
Look at your moisture and temps ... certain conditions will make them propagate.

He is not joking.

It could be Septoria, however I am not 100% on that. Did you ever notice little white bumps like pimples?

What are your temp and humidity numbers?

Thanks for advice . This is my first grow.
She drinks 4lt of water every day.
(5gal bucket)
The plant looks quite healthy. It smells very nice. The only problem is the stains on the leaves.
No small tubers like pimples or mites. Could it be a cold night? I don't use the heater.
2 weeks ago I sprayed the whole plant with neem oil.
Light on. Temp 75f off 60f
Hum %55-60
600w hps
Dwc
&
Could it be the lockup of food caused by the fluctuation of Ph?

Your hum is a little high for flowering and if it doesnt drop during lights out you have the perfect enviroment for fungi and mold.

What should I do for Fungus? Does Neem Oil work?Flowering is also not recommended. But I think I have to.

Your plants are already flowering my friend. I’m not sure for fungus we’ll have to wait on someone elses imput. I have never dealt with a fungus on any type of plant in 15ish years

I think it's calcium lockdown. I've learned that some ph intervals have calcium lockout. I have learned that between 5.9 and 6.2 there are ideal ph values. It's definitely not fungus because my plant is quite alive.

I trust BudzBuddah's opinion, but if it is truely isn't a fungal infection and is just a calcium issue, then a few things can cause it. Pushing really high phosphorous supplements can displace either calcium or mag (can't remember which, but displacing one tends to displace the other). Then, no matter how much cal mag you administer, none of it is getting to your plant. When I push too many bloom boosters in late flower it's not uncommon for me to have issues with cal/mag deficiencies. Not sure if that's the cause for you, but I'd definitely try cutting down on any bloom boosters. You shouldn't be pushing the limits of bloom nutes with your plant being sickly anyways.

It was only my opinion on that second photo .... ( spit beer out )

Trim off all the affected leaves with the same “ spots with dark center “ ... it may a early symptom as rest of plant looks pretty good . Just never discount other less common diseases / fungus that happen to plants in general .... cannabis is no different and can get shit like blight .

Daconil works well , however at this time in flower , I would NOT use since you are flowering.
This will kill pm also.
Keep Rh in check ( you should be around 40% at flower ) and try to ride out the grow and monitor .

You can also do a little defoliation to get better air flow and decrease humidity because of foliage.
