Deficiency / Recovery

Newbie here. Just got my VPD dialed in as I was battling some environmental issues. I have some yellowing occurring, and diagnosed it as nitrogen or mag deficit. I fed with biobizz grow and now I’m wondering, do the yellowish leaves (if caught early) start to go green again? They’re fairly small, and just topped them. How do I know if I’ve reversed the problem? Look for new growth? What’s the test to know if your diagnosis is correct? I feel like the yellow is getting worse by the hour, but I may be overreacting.

Edit: also added cal mag because of my hard water filter and the possible deficiency… in addition to biobizz grow.

I think this is a mag deficiency, possibly caused by ph. Rather than feed the soil i foliar sprayed with a pinch of epsom salt and the new growth is looking better.6CA3A374-8C72-492D-85AE-8DEA2A4AAEF9.jpeg

Here are some quick shots. Didn’t wanna take them out of the light right now… but I think you can see

I guess now that I have the pics, I gotta give the rundown.

4x4 320W LED
50% Roots Organic/50% coco perilite
78F / RH 67
Was feeding very little because my temps were too low and they were just stretching toward my mediocre light. Just topped Tuesday and watered with:

Ph 6 tap with cal/mag added for hard water filter
PPM 860 Biobizz grow solution. Didn’t water to runoff, as these haven’t been drinking fast, but now that the VPD is better, that should change.
