Deficiency or just new growth?

What's up RIU? I gotta outdoor scrog about 3 weeks into flowering and the newer growth is looking lighter than normal to me. They were in 5 gallon buckets of promix and then replanted into tilled up, clay heavy, top soil. Just fed with slow release ferts and peletized dolomite lime. My water pH is 7.6 and my slurry is coming out 7.1-7.0. I've been adding lime trying to up the PH a bit but it's staying about the same. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
Edit* Just found some botrytis on a couple lower branches......sheesh any good antifungals I could apply this early in flower?
