Deficiency of some kind (I guess)

Hello all,

I am experiencing some sort of deficiency with one of my plants. Basics:

Lowryder 2
21 days old
grown outside when sunny, supplemented with 400W HPS to 18/6
soil is miracle gro organic cheap stuff from walmart, supposed to feed up to 2 months
no manual feedings yet
watering every 4-5 days

The plant has just shown sex but is much smaller then the rest of its batch. It had a spider mite attack 4 days ago and I sprayed all of it with Neem oil. That seems to be contained for now.

Here is a close-up of one of the older leaves that has the problem. Newer leaves are fine.

Here are two more pics of the entire plant. You can see the mites damage on top, but the discoloration is only on bottom.

Here is a side-by-side pic with a healthy plant with the same age so you can get an idea how much smaller the sick one is

If I were to guess based on what I read in the stickies, this would be either Mg or K deficiency. What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

It looks like nitrogen def to me but it could be more than one def. going on. Are you checking your pH?
