Deficiency, nute burn, or neem burn?

-Outdoors
-Native soil mixed with peat/perlite (decent worm population when i first planted)
-Watering about once a week (estimate)
-Fed worm castings and very small amounts of high phosphorus guano and molasses
-Pre-flowering stage
-Spraying neem oil every 3 days @ around 7pm (sprayed last night)

This plant has been practically growing itself until now it's starting to show a few problems (yellowing, burn marks, backside of the leaves have greyish spots.)

Is this a deficiency? If so what should I feed my plant to counter this problem?

This is my younger plant it seems to be having similar problems causing burns with grey spots on the backside of leaves, Along with slight yellowing. Also added a pic of the two of them together and a few morning sky pics:)

Could be sun burn. If you're spraying that much neem make sure you do it when the suns down or it will magnify the rays.

Yeah I've actually been spraying in the evenings but maybe it's the residue of the neem. But then you'd think it would have burned the entire plant considering I drenched it but this is not the case. In fact most of my leaves look real nice and only a small amount are burning.

make sure you powerspray some of the build up off so the plant can breath. A few leaves , no biggie, considering what the rest of the plant looks like.=good

How long after applying the neem oil should I spray off the residue? Yeah thanks I'm not worried about her to much I just hope she stays green. Any suggestion on what i should give it next feeding? I gave it water with a little molasses last time and before that some castings and little bit of high P guano

Idk, but the first time I ever used neem, I had an aphid problem that had me stressed out, and I believe I mixed way too much neem per gallon. I had leaves that looked like that. It took about 10-14 days for new growth to take over.
Hope that is all it is.
