Sorry it's been a couple days since I've been on! Take 4 Tablespoons of a canna butter and place in a sauce pan over low heat Sometime I add in onions and garlic at this step it depends on my mood. If you do simmer those on low until soft then add 1/4 cup flour simmer on low until it starts to get a little golden then add 1 and half cups of chicken or beef stock. Stir over low until it has reached the consistency you prefer! I also like to add fresh cracked pepper to the onions when I cook them.
