deep woods- how dark can you go?

So my first indoor grow went well... 2 x NL : 10oz bud, 5 trim but after harvest i freeked out with them being in my house and chopped 2 more girls in flower, 3 vegging and 4 clones. Reason being that 10oz s should last me but I dont need that risk. Now I miss the grow so I'm thinking of growing in woods that surround my house... off my property. How dark of a wood will support their light requirements? I scoped out some clearings but I think no matter where will be under canopy? How much yield/plant would be avg? Does pee really deter deer coz my woods are full of them? I dont mind low yields if it means that I've reduced my risks but I'm not sure I have coz of pesky neighbors.

I haven't grown yet but I look for an area that a bunch of small trees are growing then in a few months I will cut a few down. Other than that I really don't know much

I grow indoors but will give help as I can. You will need 4 or more hours of direct light in midday for good yields.

Piss and soap can scare some critters but if they are hungry enough they will ignore it. Fishing line strung around the plants if strong enough, will keep deer off. Physical barrier of some kind.

if you grow under the canopy your plants are gonna stretch like crazy. i got a buddy that grows outdoors and his plants end up over 6 feet tall and look more like bamboo then anything lol. when im growing in the woods i look for large dead trees that have fallen down. got a GREAT spot now where a huge tree fell over and now i have a 60x60 foot opening in the sky. gets a lot of full light during the day.

yes peeing around your spot does keep deer and other stuff away. they stay away from any sign of human especially.

Cut down the trees with a bush saw untitled.png

Build a fence of chicken wire and poles in post holes to stop the deer or get eaten.
