heres another great recipie that i put together for you aspiring culinarians out there and this one really hits the spot and is realy easy to make and what stoner doesnt like deep fried so here is my recipie for my desert ravioli
Ravioli dough
2 Cups of unbleached ap flour (sifted if you can)
1/4 lb (1 stick) canna butter
1 large egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Mix together flour and butter in a food processer or mixer till it is lumpy
add the egg and suger and process till dough sticks to its self
roll dough into a tight ball and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate approx 2 hrs
Now for the filling the best part is you can put what ever in there from peanut, butter, bannanas, chocolote, fruits etc... but i am going to tell you my favorite filling and way to serve it. for my filling you will need the following
1 small package of fresh blue berrys (juice with work to)
1 package of strawberrys
2-3 cups marscapone or ricotta cheese
1 vanilla bean split and veind or 1/2 tsp of extract
1 tbl grand marnier liquor
powdered suger tt
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. On a lightly floured wooden board or other surface, roll out the dough to pie-dough thickness. With a large glass or round cookie cutter, cut the dough into 3-4 inch circles. Put about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle of dough. Fold each circle in half over the filling, and press the edges of the dough firmly to seal i use a fork to do this now you can bake these or deep fry them frying them is better . either way cook untill golden brown. i like to serve these with a Crème anglaise but a drizzle of honey is nice as well
