Decisions..

So im thinkin ima start the flowering cycle on my plant but i kinda want it to get a little bigger i mean it's only 15" tall how tall should i let it get first?

doesn't matter. whatever you prefer bro..

you can start flowering any time you want to. hell, you can flower straight from seed if ya want.. but generally a plant that was flowered from seed will take longer to start actually flowering... then compared to a plant that's had two or three weeks or more of veg time.

Also, don't forget... flowering cannabis plants will at least DOUBLE in size.. sometimes even triple in size once flowering starts. So make sure you have adequate room for when it starts flowering.

alright as soon as i get my closet ready get my new lights ill start flowering it, it's 12 hrs of light 12 hrs of dark right? im just not sure when and how much to water then during flowering

Yeah it's 12/12. Make sure during the dark cycle there is no light getting to the plants or you will have problems. Don't water until your plants need it... Either stick your finger into the pot to see if the soil is dry or you can lift the pot when it has been watered to know how much it should weigh. Good Luck!
