just wondering if anyone has any info or good links that explain the chemical process in witch cannabis decarboxylates....

Does the process begin at certain moisture levels in curing? (eg. when the bud hits 0% moisture)

I basicaaly jus want to get a discussion with information going about the process and how we can make use of it .

i am curious at how the cannabis decarboxylates naturaly in the curing jar.

The product doesn't really decarbox while curing, well, perhaps slightly. The process is used for edibles.

Actually as bud ages and dries Decarboxilation takes place naturally.
Higher temp for cooking is to speed up the process of THC breakdown for consumption.

120 days in dark at room temp closed container.....full decarboxylation....remember though that it decreases exponentially based on its half-life(of 35 days)...........

This is true. Curing, however, requires moisture to actually occur. As such, the product simply cannot be fully decrboxed and cure at the same time. Physically impossible. (I'm still trying to respond to the OP's question).

Thca decarbs overtime. It can be fully decarbed and have all the moisture necessary to cure..........it decarbs without the presence of oxygen and light..meaning it decarbs sitting in your jar not loosing moisture

If you say so, it simply must be true. Unbelievable.

I've made edibles with product that was cured for years with and without decrboxing. The difference in effect was night and day. FWIW, I make edibles daily and have been doing so for quite a long time.

Looking at your past threads, you're pretty new at this. Believe what you like; it's not as if it matters. At this point I'm out.
