Decarbing Fresh Cut in Hot Oil

Given the low specific heat of oil, which would allow for a faster transfer of heat as well as a constant transfer of that heat (faster/more consistent than heated air in an oven), I wonder if one could decarb fresh cuts in a hot oil bath. I have an induction cooktop so holding a precise temperature is not an issue as with an electric or gas stove top. Has anyone tried this?

I believe an IP runs at around 240f


Oven I did the 36hr version
240 for 36hrs

The Instant pot is a better way in my opinion
