debate about yellows inportant

OK here we i always pull my yellows when there like 70-100% yellow a friend told me there still good i said gtfoh they cant do shit and i have tons a greens that needs the light so I want to know how many pull there yellow and how many leave um i mean they dont come back they just die and take light from the healty green leaves or buds yellows must be pulled in my room am i wrong.

u pull any yellowing off, its a dying leaf at the end of the day, i also trim my canopy regulary too, only the biggest leaves than stop light penetrating below
