dear jesus whats this please help

so this started yesterday in the sun so I put it back inside under lights but its a bit worse today some one please proved me with some incite to the problem and a solution (the environment they have been in is under 3 24w CFL's about an inch or 2 away and during the day I like to put them out sire in the sun for max light the temps here are around 20-28 Celsius and I feed them a very weak solution of nuits every few days (twice so far) with N 6.5 potassium 2.5 and phosphorus 2 the pland is close to 2 weeks old from germ to this photo (germed for 4 days before I saw leafs pop)

give me the basics what type of soil are you using, are you setting your ph? If you can tell me that ill answer but just looking a would assume that soil and the fact that the sun directly on that seedling is way too much get some shade over it somehow

this is the soil and some other stuff I put I the soil and it had a rockwool cube when it was planted no chart on the soil bag to tell me whats in it. Thanks for the fast reply

Okay well rockwool likes a ph of 5.5-6.0 where as soil is better 6.5-7.0 coco coir i set at 5.8.
I know that is another language right now but after i help you here please go do a little research as people usually won't help like this but i feel like it so i will.
Ditch the soil fast your burning that little guy.See where it says will feed for 12 months. You do not need any nutrients during the first 2 weeks of a plants life, all of what it needs it will provide untill you get to atleast your second set of true leaves and that is only my opinion some wait longer
Anyways go to walmart or wherever and get some potting soil. Look closely at the label and make sure there is absolutely no nutrients slow release or any at all if it has a n-p-k on the font it is a nono so nothing with numbers like this 1-1-1
Look for something that will drain well. most of us use perlite or vermiculite that will help that plant survive. Best of luck, there is so much info on this site and you will produce dank beautiful smoke should you choose to put in the effort.

Just stick with the lights and move them away a little untill it starts growing. Just a few inches give em 5 or 6 , looks like your at 2 now. When people say get the cfl as close as possible without burning they aren't talking about a wee sprout. Your gonna need more light to bud but you can veg those with that setup. I use 6 26watters for my moms and clones just fine

I do know quite a lot about what im planning on doing iv put in days of research mostly on lighting and building my set up and so on and so fourth I think I may need to do some more reading on nuits tho (here I was thinking I knew it all haha) but my knowledge falls short when coming to younglings I appreciate the help can you please provide me with some infor on the process of doing the switch from the soil im using to the new soil? I really don't want to damage the roots and end up stressing the poor thing.

Im pretty sure you just gave that baby sunburn. If you put it out for more than an hour its too much. Going from cfl to sunlight takes a slow intro and the plant needs to get used to it slowly. The damage is done, and I don't think moving your cfls is necessary ..... When I used to start plants inside I would put them out an hour the first day, 2 the second, 4 the third, and the 4th day would be all day. I got sick of doing that so now I just start them in the sun. a lot easier. good luck

haha...welcome to RIU buddy...you remind me of a guy on here once...was it B......no..it was that RIKNSTEIN character...he didn't know shit when he came here either...lol...what I do when I transplant is wait till it, or they, need watering and wet the soil pretty good, not soaked so if there's runoff wich is good, wait for it to stop and squeeze the outsides of your pot gently to loosen the soil inside, then I start tipping it over and shaking lightly until she slides into my hand....then your changing soil so VERY gently rub your fingers (like your giving a money sign) to get the loose soil off the root ball...DO NOT REMOVE ALL THE DIRT....you don't want to damage the main taps so leave a little of the old soil, or leave all that stays attached is what I would do...have your pots ready with a layer of soil in the bottom to set it at the proper height and set her in and fill in around her get her good and wet (that's what she said) and wait for a few days to see her come back IF you stressed her...and when you start feeding wait for at least 3-4 weeks old and/or when the lil round leaves (cotyledons) start to wilt and shrivel and then start with 1/4 strength nutes and work your way up to full strength.........oh ya, I transplant several times before they go into 5 gal pot...solo cup-1gal pot-3gal pot-5gal pot...it lets the roots catch up...cuz if you transplant from a solo cup to a 5 gal pot you can expect some time of "no growth" cuz you have to grow below, before you grow on top....good luck and again welcome to RIU...
