Dealing with PTSD

So who out there deals with PTSD? But more so towards when working in the gardens. I have a lot of shit I went through and now working in the gardens again has helped me to let back my tension. However, it's the mental shit that ain't letting go.

And I'm curious what other do to help deal with it when your anxieties start flaring and you feel overwhelmed for literally no fucking reason at all.

Sometimes smoking don't cut it and often I find I'll wanna grab a beer which is far from the wisest thing you outta do when even remotely high in my opinion unless you ain't got jack to do.

I run the only issue is I constantly have to increase my mileage to keep up with it. Currently up to 5 miles a day and lifting hard and heavy.

There is supposedly a new therapy for PTSD. I think it has to do with meditation. You may want to google it. It supposedly has had very good results.

I refuse meditation at all costs. All it leads to is a false God complex that makes you nutjob for three weeks. Meaning I was forced to do meditation practices as kid that left a sour taste. Plus as I got older meditation is tossed at me like when someone says they want to know how you spell a word and you respond with look it up. No shit. But that isn't what the conversation is about. Granted I can imagine you have done this and it works. Or you read about it and thank you for offering, but meditation doesn't do jack to help a person talk. Meditation is all about silence.

Sorry dude. My mistake. It is of all things MDMA aka ecstasy.

overseen by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).

The results from Phase 2 were extremely promising. There were 107 participants; of the 90 who could follow up one year after the trial was completed, 61 no longer had PTSD. Some were unable to make time to be examined again. Lubecky said his PTSD didn’t go away completely, but it was reduced by roughly 50 percent, according to the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale.

This is weird because I knew a dude who did some MJ growing and he was always pushing how MDMA in it's purest form could help people. I guess he may have been right.

You might consider Sertraline.
It takes time for it to work though, you must give it a few weeks as at first you might feel worse.
It will help with outbursts, anger, mood swings and tolerance of others.
CBD also helps some but may not work for you as everyone is different.

Drugs like that are not the answer
