Hi guys just wondering is "Dead Flat Matt Emulsion" suitable for the walls and ceiling of a very small grow room? I imagine this is similar to what the US guys here call flat white paint? Thanks

Hello SS. That will do the Job just Perfect
If your Still unsure? Try Painting a Small Patch somewhere out of sight to test when it's dry
