Your light is a little "far" from them...

You need more lights...

Also you have a softwhite bulb... Daylight is better for veg.

More light...
more light.

:leaf::leaf: I would turn on all of those CFL's. You might have done this just for the pic but 1 CFL isnt gunna be enough for those plants. :leaf::leaf:

really? more? I got 7,900 lumens in there.. but then again its not the right light.. How many more lights do you suggest for these lil guys?

Dude you got enough lights for now. I wouldn't invest any money into more lights until the plants get bigger. I grew both of my plants with only 1 light for the first week and they are just fine. If anything i would invest into some mylar on the walls. If you don't have much money you can goto walmart and buy emergency blankets from the camping section. It also reflects alot of light and there only like $2 a piece.

daylight (6000k) cfls work best for your seedlings.
Try and get the lights closer -> like 2 inches from the top of the plant. You You only need 3 cfls for now because they're still small.

Little plants like that do not need very much water. So wait till the top 3-4 inches of the soil dry out before you give em any more.

Other than that, they look alive and well!
You might look into getting some reflectors or mylar. One thing that works well and is cheap is to cut a soda can in half.

happy trails!

The area I'm growing in is extremly small and even with these CFLs that barely produce heat, when I close to closet doors temps go to 95, and that's WITH an air condicitoning in my room.. I don't need mylar at all, the white paint does it to much already.

But thanks for the advice about watering, I was really unsure as to when I should water so I've just been watering a small amount like every day, maybe that's why that plant is droopin a little. Thanks guys. Any other comments is apprecaited.

Dude you got enough lights for now.

I know you are the self-acclaimed "Doctor" and all but I think 4 lights for 5 plants is a little low... Especially when the lights are all in one central location.. Some of those pots appear to be like a 10-12" from the light.

I would put at least one daylight cfl per plant at the seedling stage... just my opinion.
