Day 5 And Tips Of Leaves Yellow? ( Pics )( Help )

These are my plants on day 5 since i potted them. They seem fine but have started to get a little bit yellow at the tips of there new leaves and im worried. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong?
Info

1) Northern Lights x big bud
2) Indoor
3) 3-4 Times a day ( Sprayed with filtered water )
4) No nutes just water
5) Seedling

What kind of soil is that? It looks SOAKED!

Its just peat.. And i just watered them and then took the pic.. Does it look like too much? Its only 3 or 4 sprayes

Does anyone no why this us happening? I have 2 21w and 2 11w cfl's 4 inches above them so i dont think it could be burnt?

Just an idea but I notice my seedlings that look like that are the ones that get over-watered the most. I would cut back slightly on the frequency you water until the root development catches back up. If they start to bend at the stem and the leaves droop then you went to far the other way and they dried out. You want to hit them right before they show those signs but you should see the soil drying out before then.
