No, don't pick them off. If you give the plant a little more nitrogen, they will green up in 5-6 days. Use a half strength dose of MG 20-20-20.
so its cool to give a lil nitrogen....what about molassas is that good
what should i be usin besides nutes i give ionic boost now with lil molasses but will stop mollasses really dont see a diferrence...i have 600 watt light with like 9 plants is that to many plants

Most important thing you can give besides adequate nutes is ph adjusters, up or down. If your ph is between 6 and 7 for soil, you should have very little nutrient uptake problems. If your soil gets above 7, or below 6, you need to flush and adjust.

molasses provides sugars that are easy to break down and provide great ATP for plant cells that are already putting all their energy into producing thc. In other words: It works to fatten up the buds that you got and helps take some strain off your plant.

Sorry, missed answering the second part. 50 watts a square foot is ideal. A little less is fine, but to maximize growth potential, 50 watts a square foot minimum, or 12 square feet (3 by 4), in your case.

Tank, timer, and dispenser is the most practical. You can rent or buy the tanks, and, last a long time per refill.
