OK... so my baby is on day 21. I am just wondering if she looks ready to transplant to a bigger pot. If not, is it safe to go ahead and start adding nutes?

Yes, you can transplant. It has stretched some so you may want to bury that stem up the the first set of leaves.

Wont that cause the stem to rot? And should I go ahead and start with nutes or hold off until after she has been moved? This is my first grow.... I'm trying really hard not to commit plant murder

yes go ahead and transplant. burying up to the first set of leaves is fine. as far as nutes go, it kind of depends. if the soil your transplanting into has food in it then i would hold off. if it doesnt then sure go ahead with a light feeding.

I went ahead and did that and they look fine... guess I will see in the next couple of days if I shocked them...

The part of the stem that gets buried will start to develop roots.
