Day 21 newbie progress update

Hello all, I am new to growing and need all the help i can get. My first question is, how does my setup look? I have it in a storage room at 70 degrees with an oscallating fan. I have a 150w hps and a 100 watt cfl. What will i need next, aside from nurtients, the basic watering, and of course light :leaf:

get them off the cement, its cold down there. you could put a saucer upside down or even a block of wood under each pot, just something to bufer them from the cold cement floor. your plants will grow much faster if the roots arent too cold.

I just put a piece of plywood underneath the setup. Im growing out of Aurora Roots Organic soil, but will it be absolutely necessary to transplant the white plant? its around the size of a gallon
