sorry i thought you could pretty much tell what was wrong by the picture....its in miracle grow potting soil and i have been using miracle grow in the water but this just started happening when i switched lights to 12/12. my thermomether read 90 at the canopy. dont have humidity or ph.

its not heat the leaves burning are at the middle and bottom layer of the plant. the tops are great looking.

Probably over nuting man. MG is not the best to start with, but you are using their soil and their own nutes in the water. Probably just too much of the wrong stuff for the lady. I would hold off on adding more of their nutes to it because usually their soil has time release nutes anyhow. So you might be essentially double nuting your lady there with each water.

YO Yo

whats up. hey im no pro. But I did stay at a holiday inn express last night. I also spend way to much time on this form. Every thing i have read here about miracle grow has said that the Ph is no good for the plant we all love so much. So I would think the first thing you might want to do is check that.

i flushed 2 days ago but im seeing more spots and dead areas coming up....at this point i have no clue what to do?

Your soil and nutrients are the culprit. MG nutes tend to lower the PH to very unacceptable levels. If you refuse to check the PH you are leaving out a most important factor for your plants. The problem with flushing MG soil, is there is TIME RELEASE fertilizers in the soil. You may have flushed out the excess nutrients that you provided your plants but your soil is still going to harm your plants. This is not to say that you can't still finish the plant with good results. I have done many grows in MG soil, but I am VERY careful about adding additional nutrients. I would do another heavy flush, and use straight water until you see a stop to your lockout problem, also,

¿get a PH reading on your runoff?

I do know MG is high in Nitrogen, Vegitative growth loves that. But in flowering you don't need that much Nitrogen. Could be you just over nuted because of that. Suggest you use differnt nutes and make sure your pH is good. If you can't afford a tester go buy the little strips that people use in pools n such, they're 5-15 bucks(for a lot of strips)

Isnt ph testers about the same price at walmart? For real think of all the money you will save on greens. Go get the tester.
