Looks good but curious to what type of light do you flower under. Here is one I have at day 16 flower. Also I don't count day 1 until I see first sign of flower

Not sure if it's the flash on ur cam but she looks a bit N hungry.
Im using CFL. I count day one from when I first switched into 12/12 lighting
I think it's the way the camera took the picture because I've been feeding her plenty

Excellent and you are correct flower time start at bud development - while some think it starts at the 12/12 switch - the time from 12/12 to bud development is called the " pre-flower" stage (generally takes 5-7 days for 1st bud) Looks like you topped them or FIM ?

I have done a few 12/12 from bean and noticed it takes about 23-26 days to show first flower. I have vegged for a month plus and noticed it takes 3-7 days for first flower.

It's really based on maturity of the plant on how fast it will flower and the time schedule imo... when I only had the one room I used to time train my plants from 18/6 for a few weeks then lower 15 mins every two nights then stop at 13on/11off for a week the plants allways preflowers in that one week of 13 hrs... After that I switched to 12/12 for four to six weeks then start again with the timer but every four days taking 15 mins off till done.
But now I don't bother with that and it takes a week and half to two weeks until preflowers now.
Or sometimes it's the strain that's an eager beaver. But the point is its better to count from when pistils show imo it's the only time you will nearly achieve the breeders time

I agree Labs! regardless if you veg or 12/12 from bean. Like I have read elsewhere, when you 12/12 from bean there is still a vegging process before the plant shows flower. personally I have seen 4 plus oz per 5 gallon pot when doing 12/12 from bean only when doing strains that at minimum 50% sativas
