Day 14 in coco / solo cup HELP!

Hi all, This is my first grow of northern lights and snow whites from nirvana. I started them off in seed starter plugs and transferred them into solo cups with coco. All I have been giving them is RO water every two days or until the cups get light. I started with cal/mag at day 11 and gave them cal/mag water again today. My concern is that they are starting to yellow. Is it time for 1/4 nutes at this time? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Ph your water to 5.8, use the cal/mag every watering, and I start very low with nutes 1/8. The ugly duckling might end up a swan. Always start with PH.

I grow in coco and ALWAYS pre charge my coco with 0.8EC of nutrients.

Using RO water you'll need to add 0.2-0.4EC of calmag then add your nutes to make up the remaining EC.


I never use plain water.


Agree with above pH 5.8 is best but I've found anything from 5.2-6.5 works but for safety keep at 5.8.

Thanks for chiming in guys. I've been keeping pH as close to 6.0 as possible. I'm actually waiting on some more things to arrive so I can transfer them into DWC buckets hopefully by week 3. As for the one retard plant have you guys seen this happen before?
