Just a quickie..
Plants are not too stretched and don't look unhealthy Hairy Haggis, When you Pot-on..hold the plant underneath and place other had flat over the soil with plant between your middle fingers to support her, gently tip the plant upside down and apply pressure to the bottom of the Pot while still supporting baby & Soil with other hand, you should feel movement and be able to slide the whole Rootball(Few bits may fall away) but the main thing is supporting the lady.
When you fill New bigger Pot try get hold of a bag of Perlite..its always in Wilko's at about £3-4 and mix in with new Soil/Compost..Family Bargains(If you got one nr you) do a Big bag(60L) of Organic Compost for Veg and Crops...worth every penny.
A Little Tip I picked up from R.I.U. many Moons ago was when a seedling,
gently tap on the top of the plant(causes little tears) and the plant stalk repairs itself and gets stonger..also you can bend the stem Left and Right
A Little Bit and Gently can't stress the GENTLY enough, but again plant will grow stronger...after a week try a small fan blow air nr plants but not direct, bounce of wall or tent, box..whatever..until ladies are a bit stronger...
They will be fine and looking Good, Just Veg for a little longer if need be.
Peace
