Day 12 from seed

Does my plant look ok for day 12 i know its small thats was because i transplanted it to quick and it got slow at growing?.

The leafs are folding.

I'm a newb, but that definitely looks stunted. cotyldons look yellow too.

I stunted my DWW auto as well (overwatering), it's day 11 and is slightly bigger then that but leaves are not yellow. My stems are reddish brown and black near the soil, are yours?
 
is that roots organic soil? looks really wet.

take my advice with a grain of salt, I let my stunted seedling sit under CFLs to dry out and didnt water it for 5 days. It picked up.
 
doesn't look near death or anything in my opinion, just give it lotsa light and if it's a photo you can probably nurse that thing back to strong health :D

Over watering the little plant and it looks to be in hot soil. Let the soil dry a little and hope the little fucker makes it.

sorry Markob but it really looks like your plant has been over watered.

I know you want this little one to grow big and strong....but it's not looking good, so I believe what mrblu meant by "abandon ship" is give up on this plant and start a new plant, as it may not survive

Just a newb here but from what I've read, when you see those leaves drooping downwards like that, its most probably due to overwatering.
 
Day 13 and pic above Day 12

I have attached a new picture and i can see the 3rd set of leafs already starting to come through look straight in the middle of the plant.?

Have a look and let me know what you think?.
