Dark veins lime green leafs?!?!

Hey what's up guys, this is my first post and first grow so be easy on me. The plant is about 2.5 weeks old and doesn't look near as big or healthy as it should. I have around 6400 Lumens on it @ 5000 degrees Kelvin. I do not have any PH equipment and am using some good quality potting soil from a local nursery. I have intake and exhaust ports and a fan inside the grow box so I know it's getting fresh air. About a week into the seedlings life the pot fell over causing the dirt to fallout exposing the roots, but only for a couple minutes. I just really need some help, I'm very interested in learning and will love to hear any responses! I'll post pics soon!
