Dark Room dr150 getting way too hot.

I just bought a new dark room dr150 with a thousand watt mh/hps dual spectrum bulb. The room is getting way too hot, about 90-96 degrees even with the fan air cooling the light. I NEED to cool down this room for my plants sake. Any suggestions? Thanks

Do you have an air cooled hood?

If not, then you should get one....

If yes, then we need to have some more info...

What are your temps outside of the tent?

what size fans are you running?

do you have passive or active intake...

I run an aircooled 600 HPS inside of a 36x20x54 tent @ 75F

Yeah my hood is air cooled, sealed also. The dark room measures 4'11x4'11x6'7. Outside temperature is around 65 degrees, northern california in the winter. Running a 6 inch canfan.
