Dank. you forgetting to update this one?? lol
Nope. Just you know how much work we both have on our plates. I had made this thread as a "note" to self, so I could keep up with my crosses, so I wouldn't have to keep purchasing notebook after notebook. Lol.. Well that & so everyone can follow my work.

I hear that bro.. Hell, you know the Purple Voodoo's I'm running now :??: Well, as you may, may not know. I started #1,2, & #3. All of those are now flowering. I also crossed each one of those with Snowdawg pollen, Jack Herer pollen, and Bubblegum pollen. All different branches though. ;) Well, #3 finshed, and the enitre buds went purple for me. #1 is also turning purple. #1 has me liking this strain a lot!! It is looking like to me I have a pink pheno going of this strain!! I'm SO glad I had took clones off each one of these!!

Dank, when you choose what strains to breed, do you just think something like, "hm I'd like to cross these two and see how it comes out" or do you do some kind of study on the genes to find out what the dominant traits are? I've been thinking about how to choose strains to cross so just curious about the thought process. I saw a book on this that went into detail about finding out dominant traits but not sure if most people bother with that. Figuring out genes seems like a heavy load to digest.

Yeah, I took cloes off my WW x BB 8 weeks into flower. all but 1 rooted.. ;) So YES. It 4 sre can be done..
U will be pleased! These r clones from my first run. I loved how she was growin so much, that i pulled clones when she was at week 5 of flower (fuck everyone who says u cant clone that far into flower!)... Took 3 weeks to root, but I got 2 beautiful clones. Threw the CS to one of em, and I ceeded the other! They have been in 12/12 since 8/1.

Litterally just got done (about 5 mins ago) collecting the last of my needed pollen from my CS treated plant to dry and stuff in the freezer for the long haul!

This shit is getting out of control!! I have 3 cabs now and I just picked up supplies & lumber to build another cab!!!!

What did u cross your WWxBB with?

I've done both. Like with purple strains. Trying to bring out the purple in my Danks Purple Fire, going to add GDP pollen to her. I've also ran (in past) all reg seeds, selected the best traits out of those, crossed only the best. Then ran those, same process, (select the best) over and over. I've didn't this numerous times with each one of my "Dank labeled strains). I've ran my Dads 100% pure Sativa over 6 times in past selecting the best traits from each male & female. I then took her, breed her with 8 Ball Kush, being a stable strain, making 8 Bomb. Pure Sativa x Kush.

Looking like Purple Voodoo has infact took to the pollination. I will update with pictures. I can see a few seed sites wher there poking out alittle. ;)

Also collected a handfull off the WW x BB I pollinated with the male Bubblegum, and also hit her with Snowdawg pollen.
Collected around 15 off The Purps. Crossed her with Jack Herer, and Snowdawg, and also Bubblegum.

The other ladies are still taking there slow sweet ass time on bulking up, and also seed production! Ughhh...

and follow we will;)
I'm hoping when I see my outdoor plants today that they are turning purplish.
I'm guessing they would have to be the proper phenotype for the color
unless that is a basic characteristic of the species in colder weather:mrgreen:

Pretty much (the color of purple) is infact a pheno type, or in its genetic makeup. A grower can also lock out (P) and tthe being any strain will turn purplish.
