Damnit!I have Small white tropical Springtails.Can anyone help me?plz!

I don't relly know much bout them.But I don't want them.Im growing indoors.I know they probly won't leave the pots,but I want to get rid of em ASAP!Are they harmful?I don't know anything about them relly just googled it couldn't find much on em though.They pop up when I water my plants.And they race eachother to get back down in the soil.

looks like maggots, damn!, id say go BUY new soil, flush ur plants soil and roots and repot in new soil
