I placed an order with Attitude last Thursday (missed some strains and extra freebies by minutes) and thought everything was cool. Hits the US on Monday/Tuesday then decides to take a tour of my surrounding neighborhoods, gets "missent" by USPS to wrong address, goes back on tour at other end of county then sits for 12 hours. I go to the post office to ask whats going on and the lady tells me its on its way back to England. I walk out of the Post Office disgusted, ready to rip Attitude for screwing up a printed address (which didnt seem right as all the invoices were correct and the last delivery was fine), when I get home and check tracking one more time and voila, it was being delivered as I was speaking to the lady.
They have to have a better system that tells them where the package is headed instead of where its been or a way to hold packages so they dont bounce around 4 different places in a day.
Well I hope my mug is ok as its going to be my brothers birthday gift.
