you sick? I just got over whatever I had. sore throat stuffed nose constant headache. lasted about 2 weeks. my son brings so much home from school. also a lot of people around me have had the flu.

I had that! Sinus headaches suck. Couldn't sleep worth shit, which is unhelpful to the max.

Hang upside-down and squirt salt water in your nose with an eyedropper until it runs out your mouth

that usually works pretty well
