I am trying to figure out the cause of this damage. Nute problem? or something else? Possible heat damage?

the leaves curled up could be signs of heat stress or that its too hot...the discolored leaves could be nute burn.
but if anything i would say heat stress...
whats your temps in there?

A steady 80F, I may have let the plant get too close to the lights at one point. Unfortunately ambient temps around here are in the 100's F.

It kinda looks like water burn from the light. The leaves overall look like you over water.
