You are over watering the plants. Let the top of the soil dry out and it will kill the larvae thus killing the nats.

The top of your soil is always moist/wet let it dry out.

Put an inch of play sand on top of your soil. Then put up some fly sticky strips. Gnats will go away.

cool i will try that but i think it mite be cuz of the venus fly trap that stays moist almost alll the time

I just rid of my nats, I was cussing and slappin the air that didn't work, so I sprayed neem oil. There gone, I tryed putting molases in yellow lids, no work.

these plants are two weeks into flowering and I have fungus nats and white flies. I tryed adding misquto dunks into my res. and that worked some what. I also tryed a bomb but it didnt knock them all out. My uncle is mixing me up some shit you cant get on the market anymore and its a sure fire way to kill those bastards. email me if you want to know how to get sum. [email protected]
