Daily Spraying in 12/12

I've been spraying my plants down every night with distilled water when I turn out the lights for 12/12 (I never spray with the lights on). I have an organic closet grow and I'm entering the 5th week of flowering. I have some pretty decently sized buds going. I'm wondering if it's still safe to spray them? Will this affect the stickiness of the buds at all? Is there ever a point when I SHOULD stop spraying?

I stopped spraying when my buds started getting decently thick, which was around week 4. But yeah, like everyone else said bud rot is your main concern. You have to make the call at when you think you should stop based on how far along your ladies are.

Before you get into flowering really, most people stop spraying after the seedling/clone stage. Doing it now and especially before the lights go out is a sure way to bud mold

The number one rule in spraying plants is never put them to bed wet. The bud rot is a nasty gray mold called botrytis. It will consume your biggest and best buds.

If you must spray, do it 30 minutes before lights on, or else spray during the first half of the day, and turn the lights off for an hour while they dry, and then back on for the rest of the day.

Althought there isnt usually a decent reason for spraying during flowering. Feed the roots not the leaves.

I wouldnt ever spray anything on them to deter pests. If i saw webbing then I would let them have some neem, otherwise i would have just kept my room clean
