Ok, so the other day while out at a friends:joint: my bro calls me and says theres a Department of Environmental Protection truck sitting at the entrance to the trail i take to go to my spot.... There was noone in the truck and he said it was there for about 2 hours. Do i really need to worry about the D.E.P??? It isnt like its the DEA lol...

In most states (not all), DEP agents have full powers of arrest, some carry guns. Don't grow on wildlife reserves, state or federal lands, there's too many people that have legitimate business there to conduct a proper grow. Someone might have seen you and thought you were a poacher or a trash dumper, hope you didn't leave any fingerprints behind..

No its not a nature preserve...i dont think. Theres no signs or posted signs. Its all swamp and marsh and just difficult woods to walk through... Theres also a bunch of deer paths that cut through a huge pricker bush field. its sweet because there is one entrance that you have to crawl under the bush. And i plan on blocking off the entrance to the god damn bambies

this is why I grow in caged buckets! something comes up, and I can move them. don't fool yourself though...the forestry people are usually the field grunts for busts(they cost less per man/hr.).
