Cutting cords or extentions

Check the specs on your ballasts, most have a rating on the max cord length from ballast to bulb. Personally, I'd take the hood apart and rewireright from the socket with new wire.

Also I just bought a 250 foot roll of 6-2. All of my controllers need a ground and 2 positives. Except for my Helios. It has a spot for a neutral. I imagine that's because the timers built in?
Either way I'm just going to have to buy some 6-3 for it to be on the safe side.
What scares me is trying to do 32 Lights by myself. I have 3 relatives that help trim but I want to keep this new location unknown to everybody so I was going to trim at my old location.
I don't know we'll see.
Boy I'm way off topic here, high AF at 10am off sum Durban.
Also I'm trying to cool two garden with one AC. I posted the question(new thread) right below this one if anyone has any input

Not that much AC yet man. I live in upper Michigan. I could probably go without an AC almost 6 months out of the year if I didn't do sealed rooms.
My next and last (FINAL) move will be to a greenhouse. I realize that's the best way to go hands down. I figured I would do one run and then buy some ideal land with the proceeds and reapeat. Imma Try to get the mineral rights and put a gas well on it and just build a huge Greenhouse with supplemental lighting, drop cloths, backup generator and all of the works. Aiming to have it done in about two years or so... Hopefully... So probably 2020 lol....
That is if Trump hasn't gotten us all killed yet...
