cutly dry leaves and some whilting

Don't know,light burn? Nute burn? Please help ,,,,thanks
Ph a little high,,around 7,4 weeks in veg,2 1000 watt mh,temps during day are 75-80,,night are 65-70,,,just hit with nutes yesterday,,,house and garden,,,,watering once a week,feed every other,,,please help

looks like some serious nitrogen abundance, which is connected with a slew of other problems. i don't like the sound of a weekly based watering regime. water based on current soil moisture, not on a time-frame.
 
Mine started to look like that even though I had the right ratios in my feed reservoir (hydro) - but I was watering too much. I decreased my watering schedule from 10 times a day to 7 which got rid of the leathery look and the plant started to take off and now I'm only feeding 4 times a day for flowering, but I can imagine soil to be a whole different game. But monkeybones' pretty much on the money with this one; I would try watering less frequently. If I were using soil I'd definitely buy a moisture pen they're pretty cheap. (until you know off hand the schedule)
