Curved leaves/ when to feed ?

Hi ( I am sorry, cant get a pic)

My leaves was dark green and curved lite a ram's horn "the top leaves" It took only one day before that happened :)

I found the solution here, I think

7) a) Leaves are curled under like a ram's horn, and are dark green, gray,
brown, or gold. >> Over-fertilization (too much N).

So, I flushed them once, and gave them nothing but water the second time..

Now they have returned to their normal color, but the top leaves are still like a rams horn after 3 days :(

My question:
- When to feed them again, what ration?
- Will the Curved leaves be normal again, or will they just stat like that for ever..

Its coco mix, yes it is :) Edit: 4 days a go the last feading, + flush, one round of just water 1-2 days later
And its 24 days old, about 12-14 cm high, and the top leavs are "standing up"

edit: One more question. I have prepared a batch of almost only rhizotonic (full dosage) with 1/4 dosage of N.( canna A & B) It's been 2 days since flushed the plants. 4 days since last feeding. Is it ok to proceed with the feeding now?

regards
